CLIENT: CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION

 

PROJECT: National League System (NLS) Step 7 Review
DATE OF COMMISSION: August 2017

 

TRI-Sports has been commissioned by Cambridgeshire County Football Association to undertake an independent review of seventeen Step 7 NLS sites across the county. Providing services to include project and asset management as well as local authority and subcontractor liaison.

 

Over the coming months the aim is to provide Cambridgeshire FA with a robust asset register of facilities appropriate for Step 7 NLS, and work sensitively with those clubs that need support and guidance to improve facilities where appropriate.

CLIENT:  SUFFOLK COUNTY FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
PROJECT:  County Football Association Headquarters Relocation

DATE OF COMMISSION: August 2017
TRI-Sports has been commissioned by Suffolk County Football Association to lead the strategic delivery of a new state-of-the-art multi-million pound County FA HQ relocation and associated community facilities. Providing services to include strategic planning, project management, capital infrastructure development and delivery.
Over the coming months TRI-Sports will be leading the Suffolk County Football Association through a new and exciting chapter in its history with the ultimate aim being to provide them with a new state of the art HQ and the local community with access to awe-inspiring playing and training facilities.
CLIENT:  ESSEX COUNTY FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
 
PROJECT:  Community Football Centre 

DATE OF COMMISSION: September 2017

TRI-Sports has been commissioned by the Essex County Football Association to lead the strategic delivery of new state Community Football Centre in Chelmsford.  
 
TRI-Sports have been appointed lead consultancy with the primary function being to provide planning and project management services, thereby ensuring the smooth delivery of this exciting development.
